My suggestion is to choose a more challenging recipe or something you’ve never tried before. We tried “Exploring Thailand” with Chief Scott Cacchootti located at the Sur La Table in Pentagon City. We learned how to make our own perfect Pad Thai with Pad Thai sauce from scratch and Minced Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Panang Coconut Curry with Shrimp. Our meal was absolutely delicious; full of yummy decadent flavors which put a smile on our face knowing me made it ourselves.
